This is the house I built for the family I’m actually playing. It’s so weird playing a family because I typically don’t because I’m more about building and decorating. I love this house, it has a very small yard which is regrettable but the infinity pool makes it not so bad and their first child just aged up to a toddler so I’m not worried about play space yet. I did make a play room to make up for the lost outdoor space though and also made the nursery with enough space to add toys upstairs.
The first time I used the birthday cake to age up my baby it set my kitchen on fire so next time I put it outside and it set the table on fire on the driveway. The lesson I learned was, don’t fucking use a cake because birthday cakes are worse than little arson kids setting your house on fire.
This is Andrea, she’s my favorite sim currently. She’s also her art’s biggest critic.
Oh Nadia and Miguel, I can’t wait to build you a house!

So this is my latest project. I really love this house. I think this is the first time I’ve made a house with the intent of trying to play this family for awhile. Still decorating this house but trying to give it some practical uses. I’m partial to it.

I decided to use the loft space as part gym/study/sitting area. I just didn’t want to leave so large of a space empty so it turned out better than planned.

Before I stopped playing a few months ago I had just started testing lofts. Decided to make what was supposed to be a small loft space for use as a study which turned into something bigger. The two floor chandelier is my favorite part with the glass wall scaling the first and second floor overlooking the yard.
